“When will I receive a tracking number?”
Customers will NOT receive a tracking number immediately after purchasing. Purple label virgin hair will take 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email addressed to the handle used at checkout. After receiving a tracking number, estimated arrival time is 3-5 business days. All orders placed after 5:00 pm EST are considered placed the next business day.
⁃ “I need this hair by a specific date!”
It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be permitted because you did not receive your items by a specific date.
⁃ Courier delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
⁃ Returned-to-Sender Packages
This can happen if...
1. An address is invalid or missing information
2. The courier is unable to deliver your package
After return-to-sender packages are received, the customer will be contacted for an address correction, and the item will be re-shipped using the original shipment method.
⁃ Incorrect shipping addresses
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. Incomplete or incorrect address information is a major cause of shipment delays. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly.
