Shipping
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
For sales, shipping can be up to 10 business days.
No express shipping available
It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control. For orders placed after 5pm (EST) we be processed the next business day. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. Tracking information
-“When will I receive a tracking number?”
Customers will not receive a tracking number immediately after purchasing. Purple Label Virgin Hair will take 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. Up to 10 business days for big sales. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automatic email addressed to the handle used at checkout. After receiving a tracking number, the estimated arrival time is 3-5 business days. All orders placed after 5:00 pm EST are considered placed the next business day.
Returned-To-Sender Packages
This can happen if...
1. An address is invalid or missing information. 2. The courier is unable to deliver your package or access your location.
After return-to-sender packages are received, the customer will be contacted for an address correction, and the item will be re-shipped using the original shipment method.
Incorrect shipping addresses
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. Incomplete or incorrect address information is a major cause of shipment delays. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address and email address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Receiving incorrect or incomplete orders
In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If you mistakenly receive items that are defective please contact us with pictures and videos proving that the items you received are of poor quality. When you send the pictures/videos the product should still be in its natural state and also in its original packaging where possible. Before installing or altering your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color, and texture desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without cutting the zip ties.
